The inside ring is 164mm, I sent the pdf to a mate in the USA and it printed correctly, that file is one I created myself by scanning a print of the former on my scanner and saving it as a pdf. The original print came from a Russian pdf
I printed my own pdf file on my printer and its a duplicate of the original Russian print. Anything I scan and print comes out at 100% correct size and shape, + or - the tolerance of the printer.
What happens when you scan something save as pdf and print it ?

I would be interested to hear from anybody else who prints out my pdf, and what they get.

Australia in the 1960's was a great place, but now its very unsafe, thanks to our government's immigration policy, at least in the USA you can carry firearms to protect your self, and you have the death penalty, we dont have either . I wish I lived in your country at least I could defend myself.

I understand what your saying, and as for as carrying arms as you think is not true!!!!!!!!!! You have to get a permit to do so and it’s not easy getting a permit. And some states that’s not even possible. If you mean owning a gun that’s no problem as long as you have a firearms card BUT that does not mean you can carry it around in public and if you try it’s a free ticket to JAIL!
I’m sure you hear stories of how it is here in US, And I’m sure the stories I hear about Australia is probably not a fact either. The grass is always greener on the other side, RIGHT? Ok thanks, so just to be clear 193mm OD X 164mm ID = 29mm jig width. ? How many slots inside and on the outside and what is the spacing between thee slots. Thanks again for the help. (I would still rather be living there than here). Who’s grass is greener?

Yes its 193mm OD X 164mm ID, but for the width you have to think radius so its just on 14mm thick, but this is just the original former dimensions you can vary the measurements and the width and depth of slots to suit your purpose, there 37 slots inside and out , there is a thread here somewhere with all the info to make this coil, dont forget, to make it 3D, every 5 turns you have to move forward one slot, which starts the next winding on the other side of the former.
