Question - PI coil with separate Rx & Tx - Shield both coils or just Rx ?

Wondering if my reasoning makes sense of maybe only having to shield the Rx coil?

I once made some simulations for VLF IB that lead me to conclusion that both are needed (or none), but I forgot the details. Wish I was of more help.
