As an alternative to the epoxy resin to fill the plate, is it possible to use the bostik liquid rubber?

    Pi coil.

I don't know where you recommended it, I'm interested in knowing if I can fill it with liquid rubber instead of epoxy

you have leave a gap. AIR GAP. between the wire and enclosure. thickness of it 3-4 mm.
wind your coil by paper rope. after it cover by scotch tape in N layers, for sealing,
epoxy must not fall on wire.
then cover by what you want.
also, you must wind new coil, on fiberboard. you do not have a plastic, plexiglass
or another material for the base.

any material have dielectric constanta and if you use it you get a capacitor. just vacuum has 1.0 and then the air.
thats why you must think how to do a coil right. PHYSICS OF 8TH CLASS OF A SCHOOL.

The only way to know is to try it. Besides electrical effects (dielectric issues) there is also expansion/contraction. Might also be heavy.
