    Good morning all,
this week, confined to my home, I decided to make some new coils. Elliptical, of several dimensions, the first 34 * 16, special forest area, more practical between the trees. I call them the "Coronacoils" given the circumstances. ...
here are some pictures, but ..

I wonder how I will shield this one .... with my usual method of graphite painting? or directly with a conductive film on the windings (with spacer of course ...)?
advice to specialists, what would you do?
Thank you all for giving me your opinions .. and good luck for the corona confinement ....

      Hi,
I finally used my usual method. Graphite shielding paint. Tonight I deposited the epoxy on the first layer. The tx coil is now in the resin, well calibrated for the right frequency. Tomorrow, I put the rx coil, but no resin, the first layer should dry quiet.
I have a question for the site gurus, this coil is made for an IDX, so the wires of the rx are 0.18mm. I have to make another one for a tgsl, for that I take 0.35mm wire for tx and rx. What will happen if I make a rx with 0.18 instead of 0.35mm? of course put on an increase of R and a different capacitance ..? The sensitivity can be increased?
      thank you

          there it's finished.
the coil is mounted on an idx, and from the first exit (in my drill), she finds me a 1792 coin! Great.
So now I'm going to make another one for a golden saber tgsl.
I wish good luck to all those who, like me, are confined to their homes, during this period of ****ty covid.
          bye.
