Coil Shell by Silicon molding/fibers

Did anyone has idea that it is possible to make coil shell by fiber with silicon mold molding?
Is there any step by step method here in forum? (other than vacuum forming)

Here are some other things you can easliy try to make a coil shell.

1. Frisbee round disk.
2. Large can lid made of plastic with indented groves to lay the wire. These lids come in 10 inch, 12 inch and larger diameters.
