      Yes. I have heard of them, but never seen much about them. I suppose that answers my own question really. If they were popular then there would be loads of info, but I would still like to learn a bit more about them if you know anything

        It's not hard to build. DF coils have been discussed quite a bit, go to the Coils forum and do a search. Also look at the White's patent.
