Question is, does magnetic conductive? If yes can it be use for shielding coil?

I'm not aware typo,,,Sorry, the question is: Does magnetic tape (from VHS or cassette tape) conductive? If yes can it be use for shielding coil? Since I don't have it here to get a quick test.

I would assume the iron oxide particles are fairly insulated from each other, and therefore conductivity is very poor.
