    just need some advice is silicone detrimental to a coil , if so can you suggest something else ,thought it was worth an ask because it a swine to get off when cured. thanksClick image for larger version

      Not sure what you are trying to do but, no, silicone won't hurt anything.

        I would not use acetic acid-based silicone on electronics

          hi carl i want to glue the original coil into another case with silicone because the ears have broken off the old one, i just thought i would ask just in case silicone would interfere with the coils functions, maybe conductive or something or some coil builders have had trouble using it. thanks
