HELP NEEDED WITH MAKING COIL FOR C-SCOPE

Could anyone tell me how i would go about making my own coil for a C-Scope CS 660 & 990B detectors,has anyone made a coil for these type of detectors.

Sorry, but BOTH of these machines have the transmit oscillator and the RX circuit in the search head. The output is a DC voltage. +ve for non ferrous, -ve for ferrous. This is then sent to a simple comparator circuit (DISC) and a VCA for audio output.

Without this circuit, your excercise would be pointless.
