AWG 30, solid copper, tin coated, this cable can use for RX?
This Kynar insulated wire would be better than the thin insulation on magnet wire. Measure the outside diameter of the wire to determine the thickness of the insulation. Thicker insulation places the wire strands farther apart and this reduces coil capacitance. The best insulation is that which has the lowest dielectric constant. By looking up the dielectric constant of various insulations you can best understand the trade offs you are making by using what is locally available.

Hello all,
I found the video "Commander Coil Dissection" on Youtube, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MT4EhYBVW1s, starting at 06:20
This double D coil, which is bigger with thicker wire, and small coil with thin wire, resistor connected on thin wire
I want to ask, where is TX and RX? Anyone can help me very grateful
Wahyu.

Is this correct?
Thank for reply
Wahyu.
The other way round. The Rx is cover in tape then epoxy to stop the windings moving otherwise it would beep every time it got bumped.
Personally I do the Tx as well interesting to see some manufactures don't bother.
You can see the graphite shield also goes around the edge. I found out the hard way. Made a very thin coil and it was fine without anything around the edge. My next coil was a bit thicker and failed. Did manage to fix it by sticking some copper tape around the coil and tapping it to cable without having to open it up again.
