  • tell me the parameters of the White's gold master coil

    I'm going to buy a Whaits gold master metal detector coil. parameters are needed. to check whether it works or not. there is no metal detector. I only have a multimeter.

      From that thread you can find that

      RX:
      L = 3.1mH
      R = 15.5Ω

      TX:
      L = 280uH (Litz)
      R = 2.6Ω

      If you only have a multimeter then R is all you can check. Should be good enough to see if the coil is OK.
      BTW, I assume you mean a later VLF Goldmaster and not the early blue-box TR type.

          And what kind of material is white and porous? what is its linear expansion when heated or cooled? Why is epoxy resin not completely applied?

            working frequency of the detector is 48 kHz.. what detector you want to use with the coil? Tesoro's freq is 12-15 kHz, for example.

              I will assume that Stalker IB: the TX frequency in it is up to 50kHz can be. But there have been no experiments with such sensors yet.

                  Arcoman..... Where you took the photo of the sensor, there is a second one... with data... Why are you asking about the parameters?

                    Why are you asking about the parameters? you want fit the coil while STALKER IB (that is FORTUNA) can fit any IB coil with any parameters.
                    also you can buy a coil at aliexpress from chineses.

                      This is not a fortune. stalker ib is a different device. The metal detector coil arrived. opened it. Converted the TX from parallel to series resonance. everything works) on the table.

                        Can anyone tell me the name of the connector? I can not find.

                              Our SL105M connector costs 33$ and sl405fx 28$. Why are American connectors so expensive? Chinese 5 pin cost 50 cents including delivery.
