Coil for Mirage / Crossbow / Sniffer XR-71 ( For Beach Hunting )

have some PCB ( one of them is Mirage PI , another is Crossbow or XR-71 Sniffer ) something like that ...
so i moved to to some new place and it have a great beach ... untouched !
what type of Coil i need to make for this 2 metal detectors ?
Can someone please provide me info ( link or video , etc ... )

Id say both of them would be an easy to do mono coil build.
Surf detector on youtube does a build on both but doesnt go into the coil side of the build, that he covers in another vid.
