Eliminator Loop clone

How is a standard coil modified to eliminate signal interference from 60 cycle transformers, high tension wire, and radio frequencies? Looking to build a Jimmy Sierra "Eliminator" loop clone.

I believe that this coil is known as a coaxial. It has three windings of equal diameter that are stacked The transmit coil is sandwiched between to receive coils. The receive coils are wrapped in opposite directions and therefore cancel common mode AC signals. Targets are not eliminated since the lower receive coil sees a greater imbalance than the top coil.
