My name is Andrew. Some time ago i have build 4B coil for IB det. Now i am building open center coil for this detector. My OCC has RX coil 600trn. of 0,15mm at 8cm dia 120 trn. of 0,3mm at 16cm dia, and about 30 trn. of compensating coil wounded on RX coil. My problem is that det. sens. with OCC is only half of that with 4B coil.
Please help tell me how to improve my OCC, maybe someone build such a coil (so is more experienced than i am).
