No, not yet. I really need to put them on an LCR meter, we have one at work but we're shut down this week.

Coil measurements

I have borrowed the LCR meter. Results are:

DFX 9.5"
TX: L=540uH R=2.67 ohms
RX: L=13.8mH R=35.8 ohms

XLT 9.5"
TX: L=540uH R=1.4 ohms
RX: L=36mH R=122.8 ohms

Hey Carl, since you're the only person I've seen thus far who has had any information to share on the 9.5" XLT coil, I'm wondering if you would happen to know the gauge wire and number of turns the coil has? Or, do you have a suggestion as to what gauge wire to use, probably number of turns, and how to go about building a 12" coil?
