blanket coil

I ran across this new coil on www.accuratelocators.com, a six foot wide blanket that hooks up to a PI metal detector and drags behind you on the ground. Supposedly it is extremely sensitive yet will detect up to 15 feet underground! Is this thing for real or too good to be true? How does it work and can something similar be built? Anybody got one or know anything about it? I have a $2,500,000 treasure I am working on that something similar would be real helpful for!!!

It's just a big square coil mounted on a "blanket". It will go deep, but only on really big targets.

That's depressing. I truly expected something innovative.
