L= 1193 µH
R= 2,3 Ohm
diameter(outer coil)= 28 cm / 40 turns
diameter(inner coil)= 11 cm / 30 turns
sectional area(PVC-Insulated Cu.-flexible wire)= 0,38 mm²
You can also use 0,5mm².
