What would be the out come by winding a

It would have a little higher series resistance.

Also using enameled wire will give you higher parasitic capacitance which produces a slower coil if it is for a PI.

Hi All,
To lower paracitic capacitance use a spacer between the windings and between the rows, a similar diameter chord for the windings and a sheet between rows, what you would be trying to do is emulate the windings as if you were using an insulated wire ie: "distance equals less capacitance".
