Silver uMax

Can the coil on a Silver uMax be waterproofed? Not for deep water use, just poking along the shore. Just ordered a Silver uMax and haven't seen the coil yet and didn't think to ask about waterproofing. Thanks. Dave

Should be water-proof up to the connector at the control box.
