I purchased an 11" coil housing, the one marked "A", from Hays Electronics a while back. The transaction was smooth and the housing was well made. I'd purchase from him again.

Thank you @hobbes_lives for your positive feedback!
Actually, I already had a good feeling about this WebSite. And if a business has been running for 58 Years (1952-2010), then there service can't be to bad after all.
Apparently they sell Geiger Counters too, and I wonder if they had also started out with equipment like this. The Cold War between the USA and Russia started round about 1947, and Hays Electronics in 1952. So 5 Years after the Cold War had begun, and the Atomic Threat had become apparent. Selling Geiger Counters in an era of Atomic Mass Hysteria must have been a very lucrative business in those days, as for Atomic Bunkers in ones own Garden.
But going back to Search Coils, you say that the housing is Well Made, and Service Transactions Smooth. In this case, I am well inclined to place an order with them, for there prices seem to me to be very reasonable indeed. And they have a few Very Nice Looking Coil Housings, which are well suited for use as Mold Makers for more of the same.
