M gave good results:
40x40 cm coil, 24 turns, 0.5 mm conductor diameter. Computer network cable, 8 drivers, 3 laps (8X3 = 24).
Damping resistance of 560 ohm and 2200 ohms in parallel, 1 watt.

17 turns, 1.5 mm conductor diameter.
Resistance of about 2 ohms
Damping resistance, experiment with approximately 400 ohms. 1 watts.

but i have question

i have wire 1m with thin insulation

should use thicker insulations

I think it would have no problem with these values of conductor (1 mm)
Reduced isolation could affect the time delay, but not serious drawback in this type of coil which in itself is a long time.

because i already use 400 hz for 25 cm coil

i make large coil 1m it detect coca cola can about 1.4 meter

is that good

i try 16 turns and 11 turns no difference

ohms 2.5 ohms

100Hz to 200Hz is good for coil 1 X 1 m.
In my case it worked fine 17 laps, 160 Hz
11 laps is little for the Delta Pulse.
It is a matter of testing and comparing results.

you have to URGENTLY turn on your imagination. another way you will only ask all time. for big coil the cola can is like small coin for 10" coil. is it clear for you or not? Delta Pulse is DEEPER, it is NOT working on short MAIN SAMPLE DELAY and bad sens for cola can is NORMA. MAIN SAMPLE DELAY minimum is only 40 μsec in DP. if you want to INCREASE the sens you have to DECREASE MAINS SAMPLE DELAY to 10...12... μsec. is it again clear for you?

i already know that delta pulse dosent work in low delay

and i know the second delay havent effect in detection depth but in stability

i only need to know what depth it is normal detection for coca cola

in small coil 23 cm : i get 85 cm

in large coil :1.4 m

is that the maximum ?

What is recommended inductance for small coils (20-30cm diameter) for Delta Pulse?

I don't recommend small coils for this thing (only for testing in home).
Detecting with such coil on the field is going to be disappointing (means useless).
Otherwise it's 350uH to 450uH.
