need to test whites DD coil

I have a Whites Twin D coil (DD), it looks okay, I got it in a box of parts on trade. I would like to test the coil/wiring to make sure all is good. Does anyone know the pinouts and impedance of each coil? Any other electrical parameters that I should test?

I would like to use this with my Goldmaster II, just rebuilt at the Oregon factory.

The places I am hunting are severely trashed with iron bits covering practically the entire site. I was a working gold mine back in 1850, then in 189x, and then in the 1940's. A landslide brought the mining to a halt, and so now everything that was part of the operation is scattered under 2ft of overburden.
Would this DD coil offer better iron disc than the stock GMII coil? I'm having a heck of a time working the tailings, 99.9999% is iron

Carl, what are the resistances?

I did measure the resistance, and I believe I did so to the appropriate pin pairs, but I forgot the values (I did this before I posted the question here). I have since sent the unit in to SweetHome with both the GM II stock coil, and the DD coil that I also got with the detector. It was checked in yesterday, per the girl on the phone (Lisa?-cant remember). The unit started acting up with both coils, and was giving false readings. Actually, it was just putting out a loud tone even in the air. It would only act normal under the Xsalt setting. PP was even worse. Roger thought that it might be the stock coil, but I think perhaps its the control unit because both coils were doing the same thing. I got lucky and found a V/sat on craigslist for $125 with headphones, this one works as it should so I've been using it until I get the one back from Roger/Todd. Strange as it was just worked on and passed the tests..

Its been raining so much here up in the foothills of calif that I havent even been able to detect. But I think today should be the beginning of a perfect week of weather.
