  • Coil impediance bridge???

Anyone have pcb pattern, parts layout, etc to build a impediance bridge to measure coils and set the null setting for coils? I have one set of info, but am looking for one that might be a bit easier to build, and quicker....
    Thanks...

    Soil and target impedance

Melbeta, I'm looking for the same, but for another purpose. I want to measure the frequency response of different bad soils and targets.
If somebody has any info even for very complicated impedance bridge projects, please let me know.
    Here is something for you:

Mike, I do not know the ARRL website location where one can download the software program, and am sending you a file, to see what you think of it. Thanks for responding.

Melbeta, I received an email from you, which contains a part:
"... Now here is a QST magazine article, like you got, you can find it at a website. The website is
        http://www.luetzow.us/index.html
That is the main website. If you want to jump right to the project, it is
        http://www.luetzow.us/01B.html
which is page 1 of the project. It looks like a really great meter project.
So read it, and look it over, and see what you think..."

However the second hyperlink not operate. Can you post me (or in the forum) this information if you have it saved?
Edited: I find the correct link!

Melbeta, I posted an email to you, but I'm not sure that it contains my question. My question is: For what model metal detector you want to make search loops?

There is a kit for impedance meter of WB9LVI (see my posting #2).
                      http://www.wb5rvz.com/rlc_meter/
For connection to laptop, you need two stereo jacks with cable instead stereo sockets shown in the circuit diagram of this kit.
