It's an old design. You can see that from the hand-drawn tracking, and the 4-band resistors.

I thought at first that it's some kind of a demo board, not a production line board

which? all those modern resistors and components are making in China. chineses decreased a diameter of resistors' pins significantly. i can not look at that... crazy industry...
also they love to send fake chips.

No serious business would damage their reputation with low quality or fake components, that's why they only sell them on eBay.

Stop buying crap from ebay and start buying from LCSC.com. Everything I've bought so far is genuine with datasheets, no fake stuff there.

The only downside is that they don't have older chips but you can find some on Radio741.com, they stock genuine old chips you can't find anywhere else (like ST Thomson LF357 etc).

one greek asked me to put LF357 in the pocket. but i bought LF356 before from greek seller at ebay... so LF356 has gone back in Greece. LOL!!!
thanks MDF... you did reminder me this unique case.
