I expect to see tests of your detectors in discrimination mode ( also in all metal mode ) with this basalt...

A detector's ability to register a coin under pave in discrimination mode ensures that it will work well in plowed areas. paving stone imitates "plowing" better than ceramics, since the reactive component created by it is stronger than that of ceramics (bricks, tiles). We rasp Roman floor ceramics, for example, and the better the dust sticks to the magnet, the better I test the paving stones with a "reference" neodymium magnet placed in a plastic bag (about 10 cm long). I hold the bag at the upper end and I approach it slowly to a paving stone (basalt).

Because I do several mineralization tests.. one of them is also a 3D separation test of a small coin hidden under ceramics by two nails at a height of about 5 cm above the coin...
This test checks well not only the ability of the tested detector to reliably detect the target under strongly mineralized ceramics...but also the ability of excellent separation of the target between iron, even in such a mineralized environment...

The test on magnetic green basalt is a test for detection abilities... as well as a test for reliability and accuracy of ID... even under such a strong magnetic mineral...

Xx years ago I was ready to debate some detector model.
There was often a heightened tension in those debates.
But over the years, a person matures and learns.
Dealing with magnetometers indirectly helped me a lot to understand some important things about conventional metal detectors as well.
In short; each of us has our own unique operating conditions.
And there are smaller or bigger and sometimes huge differences.
Because of the misunderstanding of those differences; misunderstandings often occur in debates.
That's why it's quite pointless to debate about the capabilities of a metal detector model.
Except in the rough when talking only about functions and settings.
The geographical location of each of us determines the "destiny" of our experiences and opinions.
It is impossible to establish a 100% accurate reference for detector testing at all of our locations.
Unless it is about tests in the air on some common "targets" of the euro or dollar type.
And even then, in some cases; EM "fog" in subjective conditions has an effect even in tests in the air.
            (... https://www.geotech1.com/forums/foru.../424813-em-fog ...)
That is why such stories should be approached lightly and without too much emotion.
Most of the time I have that attitude, in recent years.
But sometimes I "throw the hook with mom" to see if there will be a "catfish"!
As in the case of this "Smart Pulse"...

            P.S.
            EL NINO that's nice detector!
            Also nice tests!

-all tests were performed at minimum gain
-ground effect set to black magnetite stone - matches flat gray stone and paving stone
              - the black stone of magnetite creates a serious problem even on the Minelab GPX 5000 - when it is with its DD probe 27 cm, its gain had to be set at about 30% of the maximum, so that there is no reaction of this stone at distances of 1 -3 cm from the probe (monocoil is even worse - when the stone passes to the coil wires)
              - as you can see in the video - discrimination under magnetite is possible, but it is wrong in some orientations of the iron objects. when working on a beach of black sand - pure magnetite (we have one near Burgas - Black Sea .the sand in the video is from Burgas), this prototype can also work at medium amplification, because the effective magnetic permeability of the sand is much lower than that of the stone shown, due to the air gaps in the sand, as well as due to the smaller deformation of the probe's magnetic field .single stones like the one in the video cause the greatest deformation around their sharp edges - if they are up towards the probe - very bad!
              - I forgot to show the maximum distance (with these settings) for the copper pan with a time constant greater than 5 milliseconds - it is about 60 cm.
-Vortex project is my most primitive technology. The thermonuclear apocalypse will be in months, our planet will become a lifeless desert and there will be no time to finish the design for hoard-optimized (coins in a pouch or ceramic pot) depth detector, which is devoid of the many disadvantages when working in the field like primitive machines like the Pulse star 2 or the like. I work in conditions similar to those of the ivconic, but also on highly conductive soils. So far I have not seen a depth detector that I like. Coin detectors on the market are a little better, but they fall far short of what can be done.

I see you follow the mainstream media.
Don't worry, it won't come to that.
The elections for the European Parliament show that the current government in Germany and France does not even have 30% of the people's support and must go.
Which means that the peoples of Europe are not stupid and that they understand the seriousness of the situation.
With stupid puppet politics, the German leaders brought Germany from the status of the "motor of Europe" to the status of a severe crisis in which the people do not know their way around.
The situation is similar with France.
The peoples of Europe are not stupid. They understand the situation and will have their say in the elections.
The countries of Europe must return to their natural state. And that is to once again be strong national and independent states, which decide their own destiny.
I know Carl doesn't support this kind of talk on the forum, sorry Carl, but we've been here a long time, I consider most of you good old friends.
And I allow myself the freedom to get off topic sometimes.
Fear is the enemy. We have nothing to fear. You just need to go to the polls and remove the illiterate and unintelligent puppets from power.
No normal person wants war. And it must not come to war. Most of the world are normal people. It is time for the voice of the majority to be heard.
We are all from different countries, but we all boil in the same pot and have the same enemy.
I notice some small but significant changes that will happen this summer, which will lead to a slow resolution of the problem.
I have no fear. I believe in human intelligence in the end.

                  Riss ...Vortex tests look good...

.. heavily mineralized terrain is a challenging category..
Since I have a 25 kg bag of pure 97% magnetite.,,I also do testing on such extremely mineralized material...where only a PI detector can work effectively...but be aware that the depth of detection will be reduced anyway...even with the PI detector /ATX/ it is necessary to optimize the settings /timing, sensitivity and threshold../for such extreme testing conditions...in pure Magnetit...

                  PI ATX in 97% Magnetite..
                  test -1 gram-gold 24k
                  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4wwCHb-N4g

....a higher timing is needed /5/, and a lower set sensitivity will already result in a lower sensitivity ..and range for 1 gram of gold..the thickness of the bag is 10 cm and this is the range of the PI detector/ limit of range -10cm/..

                  test - nickel coin..
                  https://youtu.be/k3RHm3GCjIE

                  Equinox 800...
                  https://youtu.be/Wu3NIeLIiFc

EQ 800..already at the height of the coil .. 20 cm above the bag of pure magnetite, the Equnox 800 goes into the reduced TX.. but it still gives a response to the pure magnetite itself..

PI ATX... in 4-5% Magnetite / in Golden forest/-
if we do a similar test/first target -1gram gold in 20cm depth.. /on a magnetite Terrain with 4-5% magnetite content../which is completely filled ..mineralization meter on Deus1 ,or 6-7 bar meter Fe3O4 -Teknetiks G2/. we get a detection depth 2 times greater..the depth,,,that means 20 cm...as in the case of the test in pure 97% Magnetite.../depth 10cm/

                  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-a1s-KX4gDY&t=0s

Ps.. Europe is now the central chessboard of world politics... But it can be seen that the dice have already been cast...,and that the Rubicon was crossed... Fortunately, common sense wins...Peace to all...

Riss, I was in Varna, and Burgas, *Krajmorie.. as a 6-year-old.. on vacation by the Black Sea /45 years ago/..,, and I have very good memories of it, so I believe that I will be able to return there someday ...

After a long time I was waiting for feedback about the detector called the smart hybrid. Apart from the praises of the manufacturers and sales dealers, there is not a single clip searching in real conditions anywhere. And that bragging has its limits since it has the characteristics of ib and ib we know what problems it suffers from, on the other hand, the other tone for iron can cause huge problems where there are a lot of iron waste, especially if the iron is detected at great depths, such a device plays like a philharmonic, and I watched several videos where only the dealer realizes what is underneath and the manufacturer mixes the tones even when there is not much nearby a lot of waste, and I guess what happens in places where there was a lot of human activity. Can someone confirm with a video that this device can work successfully in real time and conditions and not on ready-made testing grounds as well as on wide plains where pollution from waste is minimal!?? Finally I read the boasting of the manufacturer himself as if he reinvented hot water, hot water exists but it's just rewritten maybe with Geotech 1 and added a little lemon to change the taste!

Here there is a real searching in the ground. After the guy does some tests on the first 1/3 of the video, he starts searching for targets in the ground: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cruspOcGWsM
The last coin he found is interesting. There are automatic subtitles.

I read a comment under the video...

Answer the question yourself, is it real or a fairy tale..?

Yo, man, thanks for the killer video! I tried out your settings, and dude, it’s legit – just pull back the threshold like a hair below max, and boom, this thing runs quiet as a mouse. No fake signals at all! Because of that sweet silence, I picked up this super faint beep that turned out to be a freakin’ Roman denarius buried over 55 cm deep. Mind = blown, bro! If I’d stuck to my old settings with that annoying audible threshold, I’d have totally ditched that signal. But man, Smart Pulse is an absolute beast when it comes to depth. Can’t wait to see more of your vids. Keep ‘em coming, buddy!

I saw several ads that it was for sale after a few months of sale. I personally don't trust the sales managers on that video is the guy who sells the device. And there are those who are in charge of promoting each device, there are them here among others.
