Sorry to ask this; but have you ever been even 100 meters from where a typical grenade explodes?
At 100 meters there is a chance that your eardrums will burst.
At 10 meters, there is every chance that all the smaller blood vessels in your body will burst.
In any case, you will bleed everywhere, even if it is harmless and without lasting consequences.

Unless you have previously trained long-term swimming and diving; have you ever dived with or without a mask 3-5 meters deep in the sea?
