    Which IC ?

    Anyone know what sort of IC represent this chip marked as 064C / EZ27034.

    There are three such chip on PCB of Chinese MD model 6006.

    Is this the same as NEC uPC4046C Dual J-FET Ouad OpAmp or something else? Thanks!

    Most likely a TL064 quad cmos opamp, 0..70 deg C temp version. The rest is a production plant/timestamp/line code.

      Thank you ODM. Yes, according your suggestion, I found that this is TL064C from STMicroelectronics.
