  • Regarding #158, 4066 is a bilateral switch, so pins 8&9 are interchangeable. Same with pins 3&4.
Offset potentiometers of 10k (RV7,8,9) are originally connected with a single resistor of 22k, which is the same as if each of them is connected with it's own resistor of 68k. The schematic you refer to has 22k resistors in series with 10k potentiometers. It means that in comparison with Georgi's schematic it will be 3 times more coarse, and you'll find good positions on the lower end of potentiometers, not in a middle. However, functionality will be the same. If you find it difficult to adjust, just replace 22k resistors with 68k.

        ok i measure by 2 channel forins 11, 14,pins 10, 15,pins 9, 4
i check U4(ne5534 and correct for pin 7=8volt and pin4=-7volt)
        check third pcb all correct.
but i can not found U16????

dont need i measure by scope some output of third pcb,if need where?
        thanks

Well, could you find U4 pin-16, because that is what I wanted. IS it that hard to understand?

        Reread my post.
What I was trying to get you to do is put ch1 scope probe on u4 "A" input (U4-11, that's U4 pin-11) and ch2 probe on "X" output (U4-14).
Do the same for B and Y
Do the same for C and Z.

Those DUAL TRACE pictures could be meaningful, and very much more so, if you will adjust the scope to show us TWO (2) cycles of the signals.

        ---------------
And then, check with multimeter (or scope is better) and make sure you have +8V on U4 pin-16, and make sure you have -7V on U4-8 ( that's U4 pin-8 ).

I should not have expected you to know it before, but now you know my code. I like to save my fingers from unnecessary typing whenever I can.

          Scope is always better.

Naw, that was just me being hard on you and I apologize. I can't expect you to understand that 'shorthand'. I'm used to it, but you're not. I'm hungry and often grumpy early in the day.

And you're right, I should have said to check voltages on U5.

I'm still trying to analyze your pictures. Something doesn't look right but I can't say what.

georgi, what is going on with his last two pictures, can you tell?

                        • You posted two slightly different pictures. I suppose the first one was a mistake. (You can edit your posts for at least 1/2 hour after you make the post, if you make mistakes)

That is where the positive lead goes, but where you put the ground lead in the first picture is wrong.

my means first picture ,blue wire ok or red?
you say :The ground wire does not need to be connected directly to pin-3, it could go to the top of D3, D4, or best, to the bottom of R18, since they are all connected together. AND I THINK RED WIRE is ok!
