STTH12R06D for Delta pulse2 !!!!

hi every one
i add STTH12R06D to my two DP but have different waves on IRF740 and STTH12R06D .
look the pics
these pics of for one of DP :
Blue is STTH12R06D , and yellow is IRF740



these pics for another DP :
Blue is STTH12R06D and yellow is IRF740 .


and which is correct ? or both of them is ok , so why the different waves ??

i get result for both of them , but second DP work a little better.
i wait for you discussion,
