this is not adwertising. this is what I see at ebay, what I would be like sharing with you, and if you got some trouble so maybe those testers ll help you. check ICs before you solder them into a board.

a price may be expensive for you but if you do Delta Pulse with 550-500USD price the 30USD would not seem so huge.
