    hi all
i want know how can i add this parameter to PI pulse detector ? i want use AVR programing .
    i want start DP2 . which points is important to do it(Sampling ) ???
    regards

Depth measurement with PI is not very practical. Conductively, a small coin looks pretty much the same as a big coin, but if they are buried at the same depth the signal strengths will be very different. VLFs combine phase with signal strength to estimate depth, which still only works well for particular coinage, like US coins.

About all you can do is use the signal strength and guess at what it means.

          hi for Dp2 i remove all volume and 556 and 4538s.i use atmega32 .
and now i want add discrimination and depth measurement to it.
how can i use signal strength and show it in LCD?
for disc what am i do ? if i use Graph in LCD better or ...?
          regards

You can estimate depth using this kind of coil (DOD). It gives a double beep for objects near the surface and a single beep for deeper ones.

All the bells and whistles of modern detector seem pointless for me.

Until a dig it out I don't know what it will be. The detectector also has no knowledge of what's in the ground. A large axe or .22 bullet. The bullet will register deep but in fact be shallow. The axe can register the other way round due to its size and strength of signal.

Bit different if you are hunting a park for modern clad.
