Question on ADC 0804

For those that have worked with a ADC0804 or similar
are the binary outputs (0-7) a true DC voltage, or are they a pulsed DC ?

Well they are latched data so when selected they are DC values but when tristated there is no output.
This is so they can be used on a microprocessor and you read the location they are at and the binary
data appears...

When being used by a micro the data is only valid when all the selects are true (so data will appear to
change continuously).
