Help with programming a pic chip

Anyone in Melbourne, Victoria (or someone you know) who would like to help me program a dspic33 chip? My project is fully populated with pgm header, have the source & hex code and pickit 3 programmer but not sure how to set the fuse bits. Happy to pay you for your time. Mail me if your interested.
