Although the main idea is pretty weird (spying); everything said and showed in between is very interesting and useful.
Lot of new ideas can be pulled out from this:

My keyboard is also wireless, Logitech K330 older model.
I opened it yesterday to clean it from dust and than i spotted NRF24LE1H chip, actually doing all the job!
Than i searched additional info and stumbled on that video.
I am having batch of those NRF's laying unused.
Time to use them!

What we learned from this?
Beware from the wall chargers from now on!
What's next conclusion?
MAC address is not crucial.
(i already noticed this when played with my IOT project last winter)

XP Deus. It shows mac address easily. But that's all what you can get from it.
The protocol is publicly unknown (proprietary by XP).
Main "excuse" to write own protocol is due speed of data process&transfer.
But now we do know that it is second reason on the list...
