                        where you seek the tantalums. look in trash electronics box in your shops. 'recycling picking box'. you will see there much of old PC boards, motherboards.
                        desolder them. do not pay for new tantalums if you can take them free. use also ceramics under a processor inside the socket.
                        i do not know their voltage but try.
