Whites XLT display replacement.. Value of r108?

Hey guys.
I received a replacement screen from Whites for an old XLT. From what I understand, r108 needs to be changed for proper viewing angle. Anyone know what the new value needs to be?

That's for LCD Contrast. Lower values will make the Figures Darker.

New screen installed.. I dropped a 6k8 resistor in parallel with r108 rather than clip out the old one. I never realized how bad my old screen looked until I powered up the new one!

2 years ago ,I replaced for a friend's XLT the faulty screen.
It cost me $12 from Ebay, but there are 2 types of these 4-line LCD's, don't remember the correct one (different chipset).
