    Nice. Saved for easy reference.

JFETs also can have different pinouts- DSG, DGS, etc.

Thanks kt315 very useful i spend far too much time plugging them into the peak atlas now i will only have to if they are mystery trannies.

Found this "El Transistor" table on Spanish site. Hope all is correct (always check your sample twice !!!):

Additional link on some 2N and 2SC etc., missing in table below:

every transistor in my table was checked by me. i did not take data from internet.

Outstanding and thankyou real data is the only data.

All 2Nxx series transistors (except FET's) are EBC. All 2Sxx series transistors are ECB. This is general rule for TO-92 package
. Also 2SAxx are always PNP. All 2SCxx are always NPN. There are a just a few exceptions to this for special types of transistors.

Suppose you see transistor A733, what is she? Just put 2S in front, now you know it is 2SA733 PNP transistor with pinouts ECB. Likewise C945 for example, 2SC945 NPN pinouts ECB. It's that simple.

thanks dbanner i have used c### and a### a lot over the years but never connected the dots i just whack em on the peak atlas when unsure but now i will know superb contribution.

These tables are good, but if you need them you will not find them.

I therefore look in the data sheet of the respective component.

there are only 50-60 tipo, not more. not millions how you fantazy yourself. i have datasheets from 199x year and two fatty paper books if you think i am dumper.
