Problem with some Sprint Layout files

Hello sometimes i have problem with sprint layout files from russian or cyrillic sites.

Files contains something but if i open it the pcb view is clear, not tracks and parts to see.

I read long time ago how to open these files, as i remind the problem was somewhere in the settings or in the language settings and pathes in the settings.

You know what i mean?

russians use Sprint-Layout 6.0 RUS Portable so you can easely find it. it is cracked and just in russian. no language settings.

For me, this problem occurs when a SL6 file is created with a higher version of Windows than the one I use.

you have to change all the Cyrillic names in Latin
