Affordable place to order quartz crystals?

Good evening,
There was a time when in our country it was very easy and cheap to order good quality crystals on requested frequency. However now the company is much smaller, order should be minimum of 10 pieces and the price is quadrupled. The reality of the market economy i guess, so I'm not complaining;-). So did any of you know place where i can order affordable non standard quartz crystals? Any Chinese source as far as the product is not total rubbish?

I have also found that custom crystals are getting harder & more expensive to source. I think it might be because of the newer MEMS oscillators which are an easier solution to custom frequencies. Some of them are field-programmable so you might consider looking at those. You could also use a standard crystal and a micro to synthesize a custom frequency. I did this when the Fisher CZ-21 custom crystal went obsolete.

Thanks for the useful info guys. I'm adding my portion of info - what remains from our big factory, now shrink in the neighboring village, close to Sofia. Will let you know if the prices are competitive.
