JLCPCB tour

This process is familiar to me from before. But this is the first time I have had the opportunity to see the whole process, step by step.
It's fascinating.
The fascinating fact is that they do so many different designs at the same time and very quickly.
My cousin works for a Swedish company that makes printed circuit boards in a similar way. Of course, they have a much smaller capacity
and are strictly oriented towards medical equipment.
I saw part of the process at them too, they do not have full automation, a good part of the work is done by people.
My cousin works on the part where some components are added and soldered by hand to the boards.
But what excites and fascinates me about JLPCB is the variety and speed.
In short, the accuracy, precision and consistency of all processes, to get the job done so quickly.
Thank God they exist.
They made everything easier in business and enabled us small and modest enthusiasts to taste the higher quality of our works and ideas.
Lilly, sounds familiar to me. Once a few years ago I had a chat on their site with some Lilly ... maybe it's her?
We had a short correspondence about the pick'n & place file, which, by the way, I didn't know how to generate from my draft!
So she guided me through that part of the job.
Truly a phenomenal video!
60 km from my house is the city of Nis, the city of electronics. Because of the University of Electronics, which from the time
of the former Yugoslavia gave generations of top electronics.
Therefore, there are several good electronics companies in the same area. Since the collapse of Yugoslavia, everything has passed into private hands.
One of them has a similar production plant for the production of printed circuit boards. My cousin was a manager at that company for a while.
On one occasion, I visited them and saw part of the process. Of course the capacities were much smaller. I think that company failed financially.
Because it is simply impossible to maintain a similar process outside of China. It is impossible to compete with their prices.
Bad for the domestic economy ... but very good for small enthusiasts who can pay those low prices from China.
Otherwise, if it were not so, I personally would never have been in a situation to see my work on such a superiorly done pcb, at least once in my life.
Lately, I have seen the emergence of several other companies such as JLPCB. I wonder if these are really different companies ... or is it the same company with multiple names ...
However, China is so big and crowded, and the rest of the world is even bigger, one company would not be able to meet such needs of the whole world so quickly and expeditiously.
Again; thank God they exist.
