        Thank you for your answer. Does the 39.43 nF capacitor pass as 40 nF or does it pass as 39 nF?

          there exists Standard Capacitor Value Chart
          according this chart no 40 but 39 is. this rule also for resistors. look Google. E24, E48 etc.
          but i did meet ceramic 40nF on boards... so it's possible despite on the rule.
