Does anyone know who makes a Vernier dial with a coarse adjustment also?

In the old radio days I believe they made a vernier dial with a fine and coarse adjustment. Anybody making them today?

Simply attach a set screw collar to the the part of the Vernier dial which goes on the shaft. If you cannot find a wide enough collar, you can remove the collar from a set screw knob, and put a long screw in it (you might want to cover the exposed threads).
