  • How to resize an EasyEDA 3D model in Sketchup into real dimensions - in seconds.

After you've converted your obj 3D model to stl, import it with drag&drop into Sketchup as a component.

Select the Scale tool (button S) and increase or decrease the object size by pulling one of the corners.
Once you've resized it, without doing anything else type on the keyboard 0.25 and press Enter.

Now press Space and then S. Resize again at any size, type 1.016 and press Enter.

Your PCB is now resized into real dimensions (except the thickness of the PCB which is 2.54mm instead of 1.6mm as it should be - theres's an easy fix for this too, if someone needs it).
