Use Digikey or mouser and call for technical support.

These are all very common, cheap parts, that should be easily purchased.
Obviously, you need to tell people what country you live in, if you want specific recommendations for suppliers.

His flag icon is Eqypt. I have no idea what's available there.

I recall owning a detector is illegal there, hence why he's wanting to homebrew a copy machine. The basic parts should be available OK,though.

Saudi Arabia is biggest supplier of electronics in his region.

Is no longer illegal, even when it was people could still own them and use them depending on their use..i will appreciate it if i know alternative parts fir the ICs.

                      U3, U4 : TL064 opamp x 4
                      U5: CD4016B CMOS analogue switch x 4
                      U4: LM324 opamp x 4
                      U6: CD4093 CMOS logic 2-input NAND gate x 4
                      U1: LM339A comparator x 4

Thanks a lot for the effort just excuse my little electro knowledge, you mean these are some alternatives?
                        I see U3 and U4 go with TL064 also U4 goes with LM324?
So does it also go with the U3?
But why no mentioning for U1
the term opamp x4 what it mean?

The correct way of saying it is "Quad" meaning inside the ic are 4 single amps.
LM339A= Precision quad differential comparator, and LM324 = Quad 30-V 1.2-MHz operational amplifier.
                          TL064= Quad, 30-V, 1-MHz, In to V+, JFET-input operational amplifier

Its impossible to know all the different IC's even if you work with them every day,
So your best bet is to Google the ic code to see what it is.

If you add your internet code to a google search then you should be able to see whats available in Egypt.
ie lm324 site:eg shows amazon.eg and a place called Jumia Egypt.
