Tec 2430 Digital Oscilloscope

Can someone take a look at this oscope on eBay and let me know if it's worth the $49 and what the chances are it might actually work? I could pick it up so the shipping is not a problem.

Looks decent to me. Passes self test, so odds are it's in good working order. Doesn't mean it's calibrated, but it's probably plenty close enough.

Recently been hunting scopes on ebay. If it looks like it will work (which this one does) it will atract alot of bids. It also has digital measurement functions, also a plusThis will probaly sell for well over $200. Also the probes and the manual are both big pluses as most 2nd hand scopes don't come with these extras.
