I've never used one of these... I like tektronics but they seems good to me.
I read e.g. 25MHz with 100MS/s that are enough for many stuff here ... I mean testing small homemade stuff running at low frequency.
Prices are good too and smaller than with other bigger brands.
But are 25MHz and 100MS/s good for you ? Only you can answer.
I think that you have to choose one that suit your needs then you'll think about brand and prices: remember you don't buy a scope everyday.
Kind regards,
Max

I think is good enough also for other kind of circuits like some radio works / projects. Also construction is cool and well looking.
I'll check also other brands but if you cannot buy them cause of hi-price I suggest buy that 60Mhz by Owon.
Also you could check online catalogs to see similar instruments and compare prices.
Best regards,
Max

Hi,
yes, sure there are you mean probably 10Msps not Mhz... but then depends on your budget cause some are still expensive, in my view, for what they really provide.
I would like something better (eg. 24bit) at some of their prices... todaybut maybe 14bit are enough for you.
Look some examples of card and scopes :
