Sure! The book! PI and others! Was discussed in Elektor Yahoo (vanished?) forum.

Yes, the Nº 91 1987 issue. But, this isn't between the downloadbles! This is called the "Argus" with complex coil in opossite winding two bobbins, if I remeber well. I have this in paper and scanned in some CD! I have hundreds Elektor magazine!

Also Italian magazine Nuova Elettronica with MD projects, but in Spanish.

I 've bought for years Nuova Elettronica magazine since I was a child and from it I learnt the little I know of electronics. Many projects were really interesting, expecially at the time the "made in china" wasn't that common it is nowadays, but unfortunately I have to admit that their detector projects were very poor and, as veyal says, suffered serious thermal drift and was in practise unusable.
When some years ago they published a project on "how to make a battery from a lemon" I definitely stopped buying it....

Hi. When I was young to buy all the magazines nuova electronic and manufactures many circuits of this magazine and I can assure you that most of them have serious operating problems (Metal detector, fm transmitter 1w, signal generator, frecuencimetro, tachometer, inductámetro, auto amplifier , etc, etc, etc, all malfunction) . I contacted the company nuova electronica here in Spain and they confirmed to me these defects in circuits.
