PLease Help,need pcb design

PLease Help,I need pcb design in layout5.0 for my schematic(thermometer)
here is schematic can anyone make for me,because I dont know how to do it.

Here it is. Maybe is not state of the art, but certainly will do the job.
Just pay attention on proper wirements of pins 1,2,17 and 18. I am not sure about proper sequence. Nothing bad will happen, worse you can get are mixed numbers on led's. Than you will have to swich those 4 wires to get proper display...

the layout file in the pack,I cant open in sprint layout 5.0???

??? Sprint Layout 5.0 i have also. It is opening it???

It is "zip"-ed (packed). You have to "unzip" (unpack) it first.

In any case...i am uploading again same file but this time saved exactly in SL5.0 format (previously was saved in 4.0....doesnt matter, same thing)...

I simply can not upload here .lay files. Forum engine retreives me answer: " invalid file .lay" !!!
So i have to pack it with ZIP. That was the only reason...

If you dont have Winzip installed on your pc than go here:

http://www.oldapps.com/

and at the bottom of page you have File Archivers section. Click on Winzip, download and install it.
Than unpack termometer.zip or second one termometr.zip and that is all!
