Cross for BC184LC

Hello,
I need a replacement for a BC184LC general purpose npn transistor. It has been discontinued. It's unique because it uses ECB pinout vs the standard EBC. I found them in the UK on ebay. But I only need a few, and hope to find a cross reference here in the US.

If it is just a general purpose NPN then why don't you just use a 2N3904 and put the leads in the holes where they need to go. You can bend the legs to match the holes.

E14 seem to suggest the following replacement, check the legs
