"Variant" means "subset"? i.e. DLIS is 'more complex', it contains records which are absent in RP66?
Or, shorter: I have a program which reads DLIS files. May I be sure it can read any RP66 file?
My previous post is not correct.
In my opinion the RP66 is base DLIS data format and
DlisBrowser should be read RP66 data files.
